RJIL granted fresh numbering level for Basic services in Roorkee SDCA in UP West LSA.

India’s leading telecom service provider Reliance Jio was yesterday accorded approval for allocation of numbering level for Basic services for Roorkee SDCA in Uttar Pradesh (West) LSA.
The allocation came after the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) considered the request of Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited for the allocation of numbering level for wireline services for Roorkee SDCA in UP (West) LSA. DoT has allocated level ’31’ to Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited for Basic services.
‘In consideration to the request of M/s RJIL for allocation of numbering level for wireline services for Roorkee SDCA in UP (West) LSA, it is decided to allocate level ’31’ to M/s RJIL for its Basic Services for Roorkee SDCA in UP (West) LSA,” said DoT in its notification.
This is the third such allotment to Reliance Jio in the last few months with DoT earlier granting approval for the numbering level in Bokaro SDCA and Delhi LSA. DoT had allocated level ‘370’ to Reliance Jio for basic services in Delhi LSA for utilization in Noida and allocated level ’31’ to Reliance Jio for Basic services in Bokaro SDCA.
