Railwire launches new Rs 699 plan to compete with JioFiber
The Rs 699 plan (Rs 824.82 including GST) is now available for users in Odisha.

Public service undertaking (PSU) RailTel Corporation’s broadband arm RailWire Broadband is getting stiff competition from expanding JioFiber and has recently launched a new Rs 699 plan to retain its customers.
The Rs 699 plan (Rs 824.82 including GST) is now available for users in Odisha. With this plan, subscribers get 3,000GB of data at 100Mbps speed. After consuming this data, the speed will be capped to 10Mbps.
JioFiber also has a monthly plan at the same price of Rs 699, which also provides similar benefits. Users get unlimited data (capped to 3,300GB under commercial usage policy) at 100Mbps speed. Neither of the companies JioFiber or Railwire provides any other complimentary benefits at this price.
Railwire, back in August, had upgraded its broadband plans offering in Kerala circle with the launch of 1Gbps plans for Rs 3499 and Rs 7999. It also achieved a milestone of 4 lakh retail broadband customers nationwide.
