Oppo A52 launched in India at Rs 16,990

Oppo has launched its new mid-range smartphone, Oppo A52 in India expanding its A-series lineup in the country. This phone was released in China back in April. 

Specifications

The Oppo A52 features a 6.5-inch FHD+ Neo display having 1080×2400 pixels resolution with 405 ppi, 90.5% screen to body ratio and punch hole cutout on the top corner. It runs on ColorOS 7.1 which is based on Android 10.

The phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 octa-core processor and Adreno 610 GPU paired with up to 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage that can be expanded using a microSD card up to to 256 GB.

Oppo A52 comes with a quad-camera setup on the back consisting of a 12-megapixel primary sensor, 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, 2-megapixel mono lens and 2-megapixel depth sensor. For selfies, there is a single 8-megapixel sensor at the front. 

The smartphone has a 5000mAh battery and it supports 18W fast charging through USB Type-C port. The fingerprint sensor is side-mounted on this device. 

Pricing

The Oppo A52 is priced at Rs 16,990 for the 6 GB + 128 GB storage variant. Oppo will also launch 4GB + 128GB and 8GB + 128GB storage options for this device later this year, prices for these 2 upcoming variants aren’t revealed yet. 

The smartphone will be available in two colour options- Twilight Black and Stream White and its sale will start from June 17 across all major online and offline retailer stores in the country. Customers buying this phone will get a 5 per cent cashback on EMI transactions on Bank of Baroda credit card and Federal Bank debit card. Buyers can also get no-cost EMI as well as standard EMI options.
