Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Carbon

Lenovo has launched the Yoga Slim 7i Carbon, the company’s latest ultralightweight laptop under its Yoga series. The laptop chassis is made from Lenovo’s proprietary fiber material that reduces the material weight by up to 40 percent and offers higher durability. It also passes the MIL-STD-810G standard tests. Yoga Slim 7i Carbon comes with a Flip-to-boot technology that allows users to boot up the laptop by lifting the display.

The Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Carbon features a 13-inch QHD (2560 x 1600 pixels) with 72 percent NTSC color gamut, Dolby Vision support, and up to 300 nits of brightness. The display comes with a TUV Rheinland certification that ensures a better viewing experience. The laptop is powered by an 11th Gen Intel Core i7 or i5 processor paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR4X RAM, up to 1TB M.2 PCIe SSD, and has Intel Iris Xe integrated graphics.

Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Carbon is equipped with stereo speakers that support Dolby Atmos technology. Connectivity options include two USB Type-C ports with Thunderbolt 4 support, one USB Type-C port, Wi-Fi 6, and Bluetooth v5.0. The laptop runs Windows 10 and supports Windows Hello for facial recognition via the integrated infrared (IR) camera.

The laptop includes a 50Whr battery that is touted to deliver up to 15 hours of video playback or 13 hours of productivity work on a single charge. Yoga Slim 7i Carbon comes with a Rapid Charge Boost fast charging technology that is said to provide up to two hours of usage in 15 minutes of charging. Lastly, the laptop measures 296.9 x 208.9 x 14.25 mm and weighs 966 grams.

Pricing and availability

Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Carbon will be available to purchase in the country very soon. However, the company is yet to announce the exact availability date and pricing details in India. The laptop will debut in Hong Kong and Singapore around mid-October and will also be available in Australia, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Thailand, and Vietnam.
