JioFiber earlier this week offered its customers unlimited data for 2 days to make up for the disruption in services. The offer was rolled out to select customers which can be activated at any point of time via the MyJio app with a validity of 2 days.
Last month many users had complained of service disruption from JioFiber side that had last for over 24 hours. JioFiber as a compensation has offered its customers who were affected with the downtime.
JioFiber in its message said, “Dear Customer, it is Jio’s endeavour to provide the best service to you at all times, as we are a customer-obsessed organization. We believe you experienced some difficulties with JioFiber services a few days ago. In lieu of the same & as a small gesture from our side, we have credited your account with UNLIMITED DATA FOR 2 DAYS, AT NO COST. Team JioFiber.”
Gadgets360 reported the development first earlier this week. JioFiber user and our community forum member Aayush Aggarwal residing in Delhi confirmed the crediting of the complimentary plan to his account as well. The said JioFiber user had faced a downtime of over 8 hours during the disruption.
Gadgets360 further stated that the complimentary plan offered unlimited voice calling, premium OTT applications, and unlimited data for a period of 2 days. It further states that the plan pauses the validity of the active plan and instead offers unlimited consumption till the validity of this new free plan lasts.
