Excitel launches Big Screen plan with 400 Mbps speeds and an option to get a Smart TV or a projector
The Big Screen TV plan is priced at Rs. 1,200 per month, while the Mini Home Theater plan costs Rs. 1,499 per month.

Broadband service provider Excitel has launched its Big Screen plan for over 35 cities across India. It offers high-speed broadband connection speeds of up to 400 Mbps and includes a Smart TV or a home projector. The plan also provides access to over 550 live TV channels and 16 OTT apps, including Disney+ Hotstar, Zee5, Discovery+, and more.
“What started as an innovative concept to bring a fresh perspective to the entertainment landscape with exceptional yet affordable internet plans has become bigger and larger. Our decision to expand the ‘Smart TV with Smart Wi-Fi Plan’ PAN India as BIG Screen Plan aims to offer users the luxury of uninterrupted and high-speed home entertainment with free OTT subscriptions, TV sets, and Projectors,” said Varun Pasricha, COO of Excitel.
Excitel Big Screen plan details
The Excitel Big Screen plan is offered in two variants – the Big Screen TV plan and the Mini Home Theater plan.
The Big Screen TV plan offers internet connection speeds of up to 400 Mbps and includes a 32-inch Smart TV. The TV provided with the plan is a Wybor 32 WHS-C9 80 CM Smart Frameless HD Cloud TV. Users can also enjoy over 550 live TV channels and access 16 OTT app subscriptions, including Disney+ Hotstar, SonyLIV, Zee5, Alt Balaji, Hungama Play, Hungama Music, Epic ON, PlayBox TV, and more. The plan is priced at Rs. 1,299 per month.
In contrast, the Mini Home Theater plan offers the same benefits as the Big Screen TV plan but includes a full-HD home theater instead of a Smart TV. The projector included with the plan is an EGate K9 Pro-Max full HD 1080p projector, which can project up to 220 inches of screen size. The Mini Home Theater plan costs Rs. 1,499 per month. Users can also avail of the no-cost EMI on both plans.
