The Department of Telecommunications (DoT), on 5th August, issued a demand note regarding successful bidders won in Spectrum Auction 2022 along with licensed service area-wise details. The due date of payment is 16th August 2022.
Adani Data Networks acquired spectrum worth Rs 211.86 crore. The company can make full payment or part upfront payment. Else, the company can pay in 20 equal annual instalments. The first instalment payable would be Rs 18.94 crore.
Bharti Airtel acquired spectrum worth Rs 43039.63 crore. The company can make full payment or part upfront payment. Else, the company can pay in 20 equal annual instalments. The first instalment payable would be Rs 3848.88 crore.
Reliance Jio acquired spectrum worth Rs 87946.93 crore. The company can make full payment or part upfront payment. Else, the company can pay in 20 equal annual instalments. The first instalment payable would be Rs 7864.78 crore.
Vodafone Idea acquired spectrum worth Rs 18786.25 crore. The company can make full payment or part upfront payment. Else, the company can pay in 20 equal annual instalments. The first instalment payable would be Rs 1679.98 crore.
The payment is to be made within ten calendar days of the issue of the demand note. The payment can be made via NEFT/RTGS via the SARAS portal regarding Spectrum Auction 2022. Post completion of payment, the provisional receipt as generated from SARAS is to be mailed to DoT for information.
