I have recharged my account with rs 127 3g net pack while my phone is switched off ,but it was not activated then I called customer care they said it will be activatefd soon but it was not activated,then again i recharged with 127 this time activated .I have resulted RS 127 loss . please help me my no is 8489xxxxxx from tn circle
