Bhai for CAD, take i5 6th/7th gen + 4/6/8GB RAM + 2GB Graphics (Nvidia preferred)
Even this might go above 40k in most cases.
But try to find some deal. That's why I suggested Acer/Asus as their prices are lower.

I would suggest you to increase your budget a bit. If you can increase further, take a Full HD one. Btw, in low price & high selling brand, Lenovo has good battery & cooling (not sure in current models though), so I would prefer that. CAD software will heat it up a lot & consume battery too.
I have experience of working on CAD.

^ If not that then
Dell Insprion 15 3558
i3 5th 4Gb 1Tb 15.6'' 2Gb nvidia W-10
36500/- Taxpaid
36500 is Offline Price in Nehru Place :k

My next purchase will be lappy hp brand ;);)

I would say no to Dell my personal opinion

Bhai! Is it necessary to have i5 processor to do CAD? Not possible in i3?
