Speed restrictions to 100 Mbps on LAN Ports of Jio Router

I have Rs 999 / month pre-paid plan (150 Mbps) with Dual band Jio Router. Never managed to get speed on any of the LAN Ports of router more than 100 Mbps , even though on 5g Wifi speeds come to 150 Mbps.

Question is, Why speeds dont exceed 100 Mbps on LAN Ports ?

What's the CAT version of the Ethernet cord that you are using? Maybe that has a limitation of the maximum bandwidth that it can support. If the current one is CAT-5 then try using a CAT-5e or CAT-6 Ethernet cable and check with that, maybe you will get the speed that you desire.
