Hi guys,

So my Galaxy S7 which i bought last year was started bugging a hardware key from few days, last night finally it stopped working and jammed/stucked. I went to Samsung service center this morning and they asked me to give the device, filled the jobsheet and told me come later this evening. I did and they also told since device falls under warranty whatever caused the problem will be replaired/replaced for free. I got my device at around 4.30pm today and its working like new again. They said, the button had some liquid element went entered inside, which they cleaned and again the button worked fine.

Overall satisfaction 10/10

Previous experience with them also has been good for me, my Galaxy S4 display was cracked and they replaced with original display for resonable cost, as it was not under warranty.

Just thought to share my experience with the forum members. Incase anyone thinking to buy Samsung device he can get some idea regarding their after sales service. :)

Buy Samsung products from Amazon | Flipkart

Thanks!

Yeah Bapun Bro Samsung cc is good. It's not like sony cc. Sony cc is the worst cc ever. I have experienced both samsung and sony

I prefer Samsung when it comes to android smartphones and Sony for LED Televisions.

So far no servicing required for my Sony LEDs and working without a single issue. Hence i recommend them, as i never been to their service center i don't know how their service is.

Thanks for sharing your experience Sumit bro!

Sony service is also excellent. I bought a Vaio laptop in US which had display issue. They replaced the display in India without asking any questions even though it's not under intentional warranty. It would have been impossible with other brands I guess!

In your city they are excellent Bro, not in mine. I own a vaio laptop too and I had battery issue and they were recalling (same battery model I checked online and with cc) & replacing battery. So, I visited service center but they didn't replace instead they gave stupid reason that there isn't any battery replacement going on (I contacted cc toll free no. and they told me to visit service center. Its a long story almost took over one month yet no luck. After that they agree that battery recalling is going on they took my laptop (don't know why) and gave a job sheet no. other day they called and told me that the offer is expired...I called cc they told me that the offer is still live and they suggest me to write a mail to sony. I did that and no reply till now (except system generated auto reply) . Today also when I open the site (vaio) there is a notification of battery replacement. I had to purchase the battery from outside despite contacting and emailing to sony.

PS- At one point I asked if I pay for battery replacement how much it gonna cost... they told me 11 to 12k (12k for battery replacement)

@sumitroy bro, each franchisee behaves different. Try another franchisee.
