My Horrible experience with Nokia TV

I am experiencing this now
I bought the Nokia TV 1year 6 months back now the screen is behaving same as the picture you posted. Now the warranty is over and the technician is telling we need to change the panel it will cost around 22K I bought the TV at 36K. I am not sure what I should now

Bro, for my sister past month, tv not working, facing blank screen issue, but it's under extended warranty, they done repair @ free of cost, bro better to repair in nearby tv service center, if they asking above 10 to 12k means don't repair, purchase new tv
