Means ur card is valid only for in country txion

For outside (international) u have to get international debit card though card charges , annual maintenance charges , txion charges other blah blah charges are high compare to ur current in country debit card

No Public bank debit card works on International site even though international word printed on Card. I heard that some private banks like ICICI, HDFC debit card works but i am not sure as I have only SBI and UBI

If you have gold card of SBI, it works for international transactions (Swipe & Chip method). But not sure whether it works for international websites. Best way to check is to buy a below Rs.10 app on Google Play using Card option. International websites don't have OTP authentication, so they might have blocked. All credit cards work though.

mine is SBI Classic Debit Card with no chip
Bro, to activate international transactions on your card, send SMS:
SWON INTL XXXX
where XXXX is the last four digits of your card to 09223966666 from card registered mobile number.
But, I am not sure whether it will work 100% for international websites. It will work at international POS & ATMs 100%, but not sure about websites. Still try once. (I am not sure that your type of card i.e. classic is eligible for this)

Else, If you have SBI net banking then try to create a virtual card & try to use it. Virtual cards will work mostly as they act like credit cards. If it does not work, your money will be refunded to your account after 24 hrs. Do read T&Cs of website whether they allow virtual card usage.
