Got this Msg after withdrawn Money from ATM Today

I think he made a typo, its for metro but he typed as non metro.

No changes Sai bro. it's same as before. Also sbi cannot change this rule as atm rules are govern by RBI

But previously i got msgs like "more than 4 txns in atm is chargeable for Metro" & that is the rule to bro as i enquired with SBI cc

Today they suddenly reduce to 3 that's why I posted
