But what would be the case as Jio has not violated their contract, they just did not publish terms but still people order their phone so it's the fault of customers who order without reading terms

Pincode 500081 I gave is under Hyderabad limits, so it comes under city.

And btw there is no change on status shown when I called jio number 18008908900.

My status is also changed to "Ready for Dispatch. Not transferable"
Seems Hyderabad people are going to get them soon.
