I am currently using Jio Fiber Postpaid, and my billing cycle is on the 25th of each month. I am planning to switch to Airtel as I get a 25% discount with an Airtel Axis card and am also interested in checking out IPTV. If I cancel my Jio Fiber subscription now, I still have 20 days left in the plan. Will I get a refund for the unused days?

Yes bro. JioFiber prepaid connections are eligible for security refunds on both the ONT (router) and STB (Rs. 500 for router + Rs. 1000 for STB).

It is also among the reasons they no longer offer prepaid JioFiber connections.

Before applying for disconnection, open your MyJio app -> JioFiber prepaid account -> Three dots (more option) -> Settings -> Service settings -> Security deposit. There, you can download your payment invoice, which will also work as a security deposit proof.

Once your connection is disconnected and devices are picked up, you can claim your refundable amount here: Jio E Refund - Claim refundable amounts

Thank you bro 🙏 and in the link provided do I select the first option or third option?

First option if opting for complete disconnection, third/last option if opting for only STB disconnection and keeping the internet connection.
