Purchased Mi 3s Prime [Crashed] then [Replaced] Now Again Crashed [Now Flashed]

Hello Friends,

Yesterday I got Mi 3S Prime (3 GB/ 32 GB). The experience is too much horrible. Within in few minutes of setup, MIUI 8 update was there.

I updated it and now phone is not starting up. It stucked on Mi logo.

now i'll return it after the conversation with mi helpline.

Got a new Mi 3s Prime on 28th November, 2016 as a replacement from Mi in 8 Days

Handset is again stuck on Mi Logo This time i Switched off the Mobile for 2 hours, the after that it's not starting up. again, it stuck om Mi Logo.

MI XIAOMI phones are great

i am using redmi note 3 with miui 8 indian version

no problem since many months

amazing experience

upgrade take times sometimes like half n hour so be patient and try again

But bro it's showing nothing. Just a black screen with Mi logo from last 12-13 hours.

Have checked the mi community and many users faced or facing this problem.

Try below steps. Note that you'll lose all data and it'll be like a fresh device.

Turn off the device

Press and hold Volume Up key + Power Key about 10 seconds

Release only Power key when Mi logo appears

Keep pressing Volume Up key until Recovery mode appears

In Recovery Mode, Select English using Volume keys and press Power key to confirm

Use Volume Down key to select Wipe & Reset and Press power key to confirm

Use volume down key to select Wipe all data and Press power key to confirm

Use volume down key to select Yes and press Power key to confirm

Reboot

Even with my phone on the first day I had screen freeing and screen pixelation problem but I was able to reboot and did the recent update which fixed the issue. Still there is lot of software issues still on the MIUI 8.
