Seeking Help Purchase of 5.1 audio decoder

Dear friends, I want to buy a audio decoder for my F&D 5.1 home theater (it is almost 7 years old). I have Tata Sky HD connection and My LG web os tv has digital optical audio output.
Can I get good quality 5.1 surround audio effect by using a decoder with my old home theater or should by a new one?
I am attaching a screenshot of one decoder which available in Amazon.
Pls suggest, is it a good quality product? And is it useful?

I think you should buy a new sound system if it's really necessary. People rarely buy any decoder. Never heard of it. Almost no reviews in popular site like Amazon or flipkart. Don't waste money on this product.

Yes This wll be working out. This will give 5.1 analog output. you need to give this output to input of your HT system.
