They have sent notification to all Jio stores/officers through their intranet portal, i felt as the guy downloaded a file (guess it was a .pdf) and shown all dongles and exchange terms from which 2 pictures are posted on this thread - https://dreamdth.com/s/bdvw6

Total 6-7 pages document it was and he printed out everything in paper to show the customers. So offer is officially live. Those who aren't updated yet, have not checked the backend probably.
