Finally after 4 days , my issue has been solved

Then how any other person can update your Aadhaar number with another account...

Turns out other person can add your aadhar detail in his account , and get 1 year validity . but that will be only half done . Fingerprint kyc at shops also needed.

Looks like someone had my aadhar no copy and he tried to link my aadhar to his account. But due to this i was getting aadhar attached message and he was unable to provide thumb impression (half done)
