Most likely a scam. Unable to redeem coupon. Getting error.

Scam - 2023. We experienced first fraud of the year.

Yesterday night purchased even though it showed as not available now...
Recieved coupon code...applied code for Jakas plan as the mail said the same that it's for that plan...sadly above error came...tried few times but in vain...
Today again tried...it worked...got 1 year Jakas plan..after applying code we have to pay Rs 1 using cards..
