The three businessmen friends Guru Shekhar (42) Sameer Rajurkar (44) and Satish Ghule (34), from settled in Pune. On the weekend, they went trekking to , Maharashtra's highest peak. However, since they did not know the route, they took the help of Google maps. Google showed them the nearest road from Kotul to Akole, however, it took them directly into a dam due to which the drowned.
