JioFiber and mobile network IPv4 server is down and hence most of the websites are inaccessible

I see issues with internet only when I connect to my office VPN otherwise it's working fine. So whenever I need to connect to my office VPN via hotspot I use Airtel. I had to buy an airtel sim only for this. Even Airtel 5G has some issues with our office VPN. But not that bad as Jio.

I have noticed a big problem on Jio mobile network from at least 1 month if you activate 5g on jio sim then you are unable to get ip4 network on 4g network if you select only ip4 through access point setting then mobile network disappears, and if again you select only ip6 network then network comes back. because of this problem some websites and apps are not working properly, but if your sim is not 5g activated then ip4 and ip6 network works properly on 4g network.

Yes real,i am using jio sim for freefire max,but its showing good ping 50 and also showing poor network connection,then i searched on youtube then i changed ipv4,then the months of problem was solved. Later my mistake i checked my jio sim 5g network speed,then i am not able to get the ipv4,the problem came again and i researched fully through youtube,then i use super vpn and connect to india server,then problem was solved
