My Experience with Jio Airfiber Plus

@IfranAli (does someone made a root account and have pure uninterrupted access to C6x). How can you tell how. Can you tell is there any way to login to jio new airfiber mimosa c6x. And what it’s step. My connection is disconnected and no body come to take back . And I have reset but can’t visit on web ui of mimosa. It’s giving a Wi-Fi signal of name. ( c6x_84_9c_a4_bd_87_a8 ). My Idu model is Jidu6401. And I also going get another c6x. can you use for point to point. It will give 1.2 gbps under 5 km

For P2P, you need a P2P firmware, which is available on Mimosa's website.
As for logging in, directly connect the Mimosa to your PC and use 192.168.1.25/255.255.255.0/192.168.1.15 as the IPs, and use https://192.168.1.20 as the web ui login link. Use root/6jkA.u5# as the root user credentials OR jiouser/Rjil@1234 if root doesn't work.
The current mode is Wi-Fi Interop, need to change it to TDMA-P2P, by flashing the P2P firmware.

@IfranAli. Actually I am new to this networking I recently unlocked airtel xtream Nokia router for YT tutorial . But recently I got 2 jio airfiber connection and their router so. ((Can you make a tutorial video or easy to understand step by step procedure)) for (mimosas log in )and (jio airfiber jidu6401. Unlocked ) please. Because my neighbours and friends have disconnected and find a way to use. It will be a huge help for my “noob friends and me” may be we can use a mass mesh Internet between neighbours.

I know I am asking too much but it will be so helpful.

I am not about to understand 2 line.

@IfranAli can you explain more about line 2 of your reply. Do I need give power c6x with Poe adopter and connect RJ45 cable to pc .. or simple cable from c6x to my pc.

1. Connect the PoE LAN cable, DUH...
2. IP will be 192.168.1.25
Subnet mask will be 255.255.255.0
Gateway will be 192.168.1.15
these are IPv4 addresses
3. Yes, you put the IP normally on browser like we do with 192.168.1.1

Bypassed IDU completely, and using my own openwrt router. Receiving Jio's IPv6 /128 IP and /64 DHCP-PD. Also setup 464XLAT and working perfectly, no issues so far. v4 still has frequent dropouts and random spikes, but v6 is stable than IDU.
Speedtest by Ookla - The Global Broadband Speed Test (SQM+97.5Mbps egress+cake+layer_cake qos)
Bufferbloat and Internet Speed Test - Waveform (SQM+97.5 Mbps egress)

Update: It has been used non-stop by my neighbours, and nobody has complained yet.
For good measures, I used it too for Youtube videos and shorts, and can say that there has been zero issues so far.
It's safe to say that it's working without any problems.
Also, Cloudflare DNS64 works best for Jio, Google DNS just sucks for some reason. Don't use their own DNS, it's slow af

Oh. I got it it's just jiouser one is read only . Just upgraded PTP firmware. Thanks @lfranAli
