Just take the Value annual plan of Jio (₹1899/336 days) or Airtel (₹1999/365 days). It will be sufficient for your needs and will be reliable compared to BSNL.

Some are testing Vi & BSNL network for lower than Jio and Airtel tariffs.

TRAI Released September 2024 Data
Jio lost 80 lakh users followed by Vi 15 Lakh and Airtel 14 Lakh while BSNL added 8 lakh new users.
