Just take the Value annual plan of Jio (₹1899/336 days) or Airtel (₹1999/365 days). It will be sufficient for your needs and will be reliable compared to BSNL.
Some are testing Vi & BSNL network for lower than Jio and Airtel tariffs. ;)

TRAI Released September 2024 Data
Jio lost 80 lakh users followed by Vi 15 Lakh and Airtel 14 Lakh while BSNL added 8 lakh new users.
Unbelievable 🙌

Unbelievable 🙌
Jio's heavy subscriber loss is due to inactive user clean up, not due to port out resulting from tariff hikes. It's clear from the low user adds for BSNL and increase in VLR percentage of Jio to nearly 96%.

Most probably this has been done in September so that it can boost the ARPU figure for Q2 and justify the tariff hike by showing a positive upturn in revenue.

ngl, it feels like Jio becoming greedy! reminds me of how VI used to treat its customers back in the days of '09
