Has any1 received 50% cashback from amazon for recharging their mobile number ? I recharged on 28th November, still haven't got the cashback. Amazon CC is saying there was no such offer.

I also did recharge on 28th & 29th November but haven't got cash back yet .. when I contacted cc he told me u will get 50rs cash back in maximum 7 days. But when I told him I did 2 recharges so I should get total 100 cash back then he refused he told me maximum cash back is 50rs per user. But during 26th to 30th November it was showing 100rs per user. Now I'm waiting for exactly 7 days to get over.
Cc doesn't have proper information about cash back offers they are providing info on current offer basis which is from 1st to 14th December

I also recharged twice ( both on different dates ) with >100 and got only 50 till now..
And balance 50 i didnt got yet..
