PayTM now charges platform fee to do mobile recharge and bill payment!

It was not long ago when PhonePe introduced convience charges for performing recharge or bill payment above 100. Now PayTM is following same, they started charging minimum 1 rupees convience fee naming it as 'platfom fee' above any recharge or bill payment above 100.
Note, you even have to pay charges if you are selecting UPI as payment option. Also, platform fee is only applicable on Mobile Recharge or bill payment, not DTH recharge.

PayTM informed 'Nominal fee charged for using PayTM's recharge and bill payment.'

I guess they were testing at that time, i didn't paid any charges whereas few of X users claiming they have been charged 3-4 rupees 6 months ago.
