I am not able to login on VOOT app on JIO stb. It shows please subscribe to continue. Anyone else facing this problem?

Could you try logging in with your Jio Fiber Registered Mobile Number? I am in Silver Plan too (6 Months). I have not checked if Voot is accessible though, after the app was updated recently.

There is automatic login process for Voot app. Kindly reinstall it and please make sure your STB is connected with Jio Fiber internet.

I tried logging in with registered Email, as VOOT doesn't provide mobile number. But still it is not working
