There is automatic login process for Voot app. Kindly reinstall it and please make sure your STB is connected with Jio Fiber internet.

There should be a Factory Reset option in the Storage and Reset menu of Android Settings. Before doing that though, try this:

1) Uninstall Voot
2) Do a 'Clear Data' of the Jio Store app
3) Restart the STB. Connect to Jio Fiber and leave the STB idle for 10 minutes
4) Open Jio Store and install Voot again

You can try doing a Factory Reset if this doesn't work either.

Better wait for some time. Don't jump into any conclusion, you will be subscribed to it automatically, as it is automated process. There isn't any other mean to have it.

It's already been two days. Tried calling customer support as well, but they weren't able to solve the problem. Can you please look in your stb and check which account is logged-in in VOOT, registered Email or something else?

RMN, each and every app in Jio STB is logged in with the RMN only. Forget about your email id, it was for their reference only.
