Its a horse trading bcoz congress is not claiming cm seat giving to jds which is in thrid position. OMG not first party not secomd party but party in third position becoming CM of state.
This reminds me of a speech by Pramod Mahajan.
Quite funny. :p

Bro i don't think that is going to happen bcz The Governor is appointed by BJP, he will invite the single largest party(BJP) to make government.

It does not need BJP appointed Governor. It's the step every Governor will do even if appointed by UPA when no party claim to form new Govt after election but here Congress and that regional party is claiming to form new Govt

Horse Trading is pulling MLA from opposite camps to form a government of their own.

Here congress might gain nothing.

News reports claim congress MLAs sent back by the Governor that's where BJP appointed Governor comes into play.

No wonder when you go to Governor without obtaining Signature of all 112 MLA, there is no other thing Governor can do here except sent them back and ask them to come after obtaining signature.

If they have the sign already of all 112 they could publish that in news media itself after Governor rejection if congress thinks Governor is doing partiality. It's called transparency. Why are not doing that ?

Constitutionally it is clear that the single largest party should be invited to form government by the Governor.
Bt looking at the trends in recent elections that norm is not being followed.

I think just for ego issue why congress giving CM seat to JDS they could offer deputy cm and on what moral JDS claiming CM seat who is in third position.....just they are king maker they are making other dance on their tunes. Only party who can claim CM post is BJP or Congress if jds was second party and had claim CM post then it was fine due to number game but by blackmailing you playing with people mandate as you are third.
