So, the JioTV OS and TeleOS are for two different devices/hardware. JioTV OS is for upcoming new Jio STBs while TeleOS is for affordable televisions.

Can we get UI in our other smart tv or jioSTB if it will be the part of jiostb then maybe they are able to fix jiotv+ channels switching experience as all channels come to home screen shortcut insted of inside jiotv+

No tv brand will do this type of mistake. May be Jio restricted 3rd party apps installation in their fiber stb because thats the part of their free to use plan. Jio allowed every user to use the stb even when they don't recharged fiber plan. So that may lead to misuse of stb like installing any 3rd party iptv apps without recharge and then can be use with other fiber connections.
One the other hand airtel give access to playstore app 3rd party apps because to use airtel stb you have to do a minimum recharge of 153rs monthly.
I hope this point of view of mine makes any sense.

Till now jiotv+ app subscription is a part of jio fiber/ airfiber connection. But we can see in this new tele os picture that jiotv+ app is also there in home screen. So that means may be jio will start giving jiotv+ subscription free with this os or will take some charges to use jiotv+ app. Or Jio tele os supported tv may come with ott bundle plans provided by jio by paying additionally.
