I am planning to shift my Jiofiber prepaid connection at home to the school
And later get a new postpaid connection at my home

What is the shifting cost of jiofiber
Does anyone have experience regarding this

You can book JioFiber relocation using MyJio app by paying charges of Rs. 1000 which will be adjusted later. That's what I read on their website in recent times after they unified relocation process for Fiber & AirFiber.

Previously, JioFiber relocation (old process before AirFiber came to market) was completely free of charges including new fiber cabling while reinstallation. I have availed the relocation service once during that time and it went smooth.

As my connection is a prepaid how will they adjust the bill any idea?

1) executive 1 said the same 1000 i would have to pay and it will be adjusted in billing amount later but when I pointed out my connection is prepaid he was stunned for a min. Later on he explained me that my prepaid connection will be closed and the new connection will be postpaid

2) executive 2 said the shifting is free of charge and you can place the request on my jio app and i am supposed to carry the jiofiber ont to the new connection

They can credit the amount as voucher in prepaid connection.

Since they are the Jio customer escalation team, they should be able to clarify better.
