My Mobile Jio Tv Not Woring I am facing problem

Is it the 1st time you are using or repeat user? I have heard it is not working with some phones. try uninstall & install.

Go to apps settings. Clear data and clear cache then try

Uninstall all jio apps.
Restart mobile.

Install required apps again from play store..
