How 28 days validity as long teem term recharge huh ..

How trai satisfied in this scenario by increasing 6 & 10rs. More :huh .. Why they increased huh .. Why not it must be 303 & 499 :huh

Bro, they have put validity as 28*3=84 days & not 28 days as you say. I guess 303 can't be given now as it will be active for old users who have been promised the same plan till 31st march 2018 (prime validity).
TRAI can't do anything as there is nothing free or complementary in this offer.

Reliance Jio’s new tariff plans offer unlimited data starting Rs 309 for 3 months

The telco is now offering 1 GB data per day at Rs 309 for Jio Prime users and Rs 408 (Rs 309 + Rs 99) for non-Prime users. On recharge of Rs 509, Jio Prime users will get 2 GB daily data and non-Prime users will have to pay Rs 608 for the same.

Both the tariff plans offer unlimited free voice, unlimited SMS and access to Jio apps. Customers opting for these plans will have to recharge once and will get the benefits for 3 months.
