Speed issue is finally resolved now after 3 weeks of continuous complain. After all this issue i get to know that all jio airfiber customer service support is lacking of knowledge in this. I'm facing issue just due to odu was slightly tilted at wrong angle but no engineering was ready to just check that in first place, they just give nonsense excuses.
Customer care also don't appoint engineer visits easily of any issues in airfiber connection they just create a complaint request stating its a backeng issue and can be solved by technical team remotely, so i have to tell them lie that my lan cable catches the fire so it need replacement i.e. engineering visits required is must in that case.
