Did you got any resolution from PhonePe for this issue,me too got only 30 for my first ever transaction after installing the app only on Diwali day to recharge Jio 399 for my brother.

PhonePe gives cashback but on other side they have 3rd class support system. No voice CC, nor live chat and support section mostly unavailable.

Yes got 70 rupees that day itself after i reported the issue..
