Nooo.. that's too much. Rs 50 per month is okay (Call only, full talktime, 2ps per sec) and 100 for 20 GB net. No per day data cap.

I think they will increase ARPU near to Rs 200 (USD 3) by the end of 2020 with frequent tariff hikes

I think Jio will change their plans similar to that of Avoid.

Jio will raise the rates as well as data caps. This will drive up more data usage. 2GB/day will be the base plan now.

It's too much. Even people aren't satisfied with the current 35 Rs base plan. In my opinion leave feature phone users from this price hike. It includes economically backward people.

The 2G userbase will be the main pain point for vodafone idea and Airtel if the IUC is reduced to zero. Which is why they will have to increase the minium recharge to at least 49rs and in comparison Jio would have to increase the jio phone plan to 75rs.
