If internet is not necessity in today's era then can you tell me why
Govt is implementing Project like Bharat Net..which is said to be the Largest rural broadband connectivity programs in the world.
Internet is not like luxury or only for upper class people when we are moving towards Digital India..Internet now direct or indirectly plays important role in our day to day life. Internet is now basic need not any luxury. So every common man should have right to get high speed internet within their budget and at affordable prices.

Kerala becomes first Indian state to declare Internet a basic human right

Access to Internet is a basic right, says Kerala High Court
There will be plan for everyone but don't expect 1 GB per day under 149₹ , this plan will be there but data is going to be very less now. People will still have access to internet at reasonable price but maybe not to waste on junk which is there on internet

Also allow recharges to be queued for uninterrupted services.
yes.. this is needed
I think Jio allows that... but Vodafone doesn't.. if I recharge before the validity of the current pack expires, then it replaces the current pack with the new one

Jio does allow.

It seems the days of cheap data and free calls are over. Telcos refuse to provide clarity on Tariff hike- it is believed that they will move up in two phases. In the first phase, charges could be increased by telcos themselves. In the second round, the telecom regulator TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) may ask telcos to increase their call and data charges - since TRAI is reportedly revisiting the floor tariffs mechanism. Under the floor price concept, TRAI may set minimum and (possibly) maximum tariffs for all operators.
Your voice call rates may soon rise 67%; data to get 20% dearer

It is highly unlikely that TRAI would officially set a floor price after years of holding the stand that tariffs are under forbearance and that TRAI does not wish to intervene in it.
All the tariff regulation will happen under the table, which is why the government held a private meeting with all 4 telcos regarding the health of the Telecom sector and adviced them to unanimously increase tariffs so that no lone operator bears the brunt of customer dissatisfaction like it happened in the case of Jio IUC charges.
The government and telcos will work hand in hand to make Telecom sustainable for the operators as well as the subscribers. It is unlikely that the operators will compete with each other on grounds of tariff anymore. Going forth, network coverage and service quality (speed and stability) will be the only differentiating factors and basis for subscribers to choose the network.
Yes the overall tariffs will go up for sure and the per consumer data consumption will go down (on wireless) which will improve the overall network experience due to reduced congestion.
Voice usage trends will depend on whether the IUC is scrapped by TRAI or not. If it is scrapped then voice will be provided as a free addon for data subscribers just like the operators media content apps irrespective of whether a person uses it or not.

Can Airtel will allow how many qued recharges?
In Airtel, i recharge before the expiry... around 3 days in advance and my plan gets activated as soon as the current plan expires... not sure what happens if we recharge with multiple packs will it be allowed one after another....after each pack expires

I think ₹300 for 2GB/Day for 30 days is fair to ask. They should atleast give some perk to customers for increased recharge.
Yes that price is possible if it is 2GB/day for 30 days but if you want a bulk 60 GB for 30 days without any per day quota then it cannot be offered in that rate on wireless in the future.

Daily data limit isn't going back as it will affect booster business. Also selling point of postpaid is no daily data cap.
