Do you support the price hike by telecom operators?

Very less chance for that or very less plans may subject to such modification. Telecom companies are looking to raise their revenue. If they retain the price and reduce benefits then effectively their revenue will not go up.
For example in a 1GB/day pack if they reduce it to 500/day, many people who consume less data will stay with the same plan.
I think most plan's cost will be increased. 149, 199, 399 etc will be increased by 25 - 150rs.
I think daily data plans starts from Rs.199/- onwards and no discount for 3 months/84 days ie Rs.597/-. So, ARPU for data user will be near to Rs.200/-

149 will be offering 1GB of data nothing like per day and that to for 24 days
199 will be offering 1GB per day for 28 days
If they give per day quota in 149 then recharge % of 199 will be less.Their main motive is to increase the ARPU
Similarly, Rs.599 will be offering 2GB per day for 90 days

That just too much..10 % is sufficient ..
Which wont affect Consumers budget, data consumption N also will improve telcos current financial condition..

Even a 10% hike in tariffs may fetch telcos Rs 35,000 crore: DoT
Bharti Airtel and Vodafone Idea have the bandwidth to raise tariffs by as much as 30% over the next three months if Reliance Jio Infocomm also raises rates in coming weeks,
A potential, upcoming 15% price increase” by Jio on the back of its previous 15% price rise —courtesy, its recent move to charge for outbound calls to other networks — gives “Airtel and Vodafone Idea the headroom to increase prices by an average 30%

What about daadaji's/village/senior people who don't care about data, and don't even use data, could TRAI make cellular calls and text messages affordable to such people at least?

They have plans like--
109-Unlimited (Local, National & Roaming) + 100 SMS/Day(Local/STD) 14 days
149-Unlimited (Local, National & Roaming) + 300 SMS (Local/STD) + 1GB 4G/3G/2G Internet 24 days
169-Unlimited (Local, National & Roaming) + 300 SMS (Local/STD) + 2 GB 4G/3G/2G Internet 28 days
Or they can recharge with 39,45,65 validity pack to make rare outgoing calls

as long they dont make the earlier complicated packs like call within same network pack, call to other networks pack, SMS packs, roaming pack and Data packs.
we will go mad with so many packs and finally end paying more.

cant say anything abt AVOID but jio certainly wont Increase that much..as it will affect and reduce their subscriber addition growth..N their target to reach 500 million subscribers..by 2020/21

So if Trai makes IUC ZERO from Nov onwards than
jio may continue with current All in One pack prices by simply Converting Them into totally Unlimited packs like before..

So RS 222 ..can offer same 2GB/day..with now truly Unlimited Calls for 28/days
Same RS 444 can offer 1.5 GB/day with now truly Unlimited Calls for 84 days..
And previous pack like 149 may starts now from rs 169 offering 1GB or 1.5GB/day with Unlimited Calls for 28 days..
