Its free for me i cant say about you or other as today also i can watch jiotv music cinema without jiosim that too on wifi ipad even android phone via wifi i just have to use login id of jio

Bcci should come with rule that no delays in live streaming via digital app its kill exictment infact customer pay for data so they too get best experience.

Digital Rights:

Airtel, Reliance Jio, Times internet, Facebook are the companies eligible for IPL digital rights (India)
