No need to waste another 30 Lakhs for Disney to purchase an ITT. Star can bid for all the packages.. Also, the auction rules will require to a single entity bid for packages A, B and C as they can challenge all the rights if they win Indian Television rights..
Also, the source he credited has just mentioned Disney and no mention of Star separately as well...
