If anyone wins with above 35k cr., then IPL pass might priced @999 per season. if they do this the non exclusive portion would be sold very cheaply as who knows what will be the trp in a given channel.
The best idea would be to have digital and tv rights separately that will give maximum revenue to bcci and broadcasters will also get maximum amount from ad revenue
