here's a frame at 0:39 of the video posted on iplt20.com, wherein it can be clearly seen that one bail is dislodged and the crease is continuosly visible, which means that the bat hasn't crossed the line. This was the conclusive frame to give the decision as out

Right to Match card should be scrapped in next Auctions, Players Retention upto 3 Players in fine but RTM is not required, If a Team wants that player at any cost let them bid higher and get that player.
