I Think ashwin appealed and it was in the umpire's hand to give out or not. If u think it was wrong. Then 2 umpires 1st and 3rd are culprit and ashwin isn't. Regarding spirit of game, it all differs from person to person. U cannot blame anyone for appealing

Why warning ? Akash chopra was right, when batter stays on wicket knowing he is out is also against spirit of cricket. And if so much talk about spirit then ICC should include warning in the law itself or remove that dismissal.

He was in crease Its Ashwin who stopped ... Here culprit is the 3rd umpire

As soon as Ashwin stopped it was dead ball straightaway as butler was in crease when ashwin was about to bowl..
