These channels will broadcast IPL in these languages


Sony Max in Hindi
Sony Six in English
Sony ESPN in Bengali, Tamil & Telugu

It should have been the other way round, espn should have been in English and sony six in regional languages. It just doesn't look good seeing espn, which is a global brand not having an English feed. 

Also, espn has dolby audio while sony six doesn't. So English commentary without dolby.

Virat Kohli in doubt for start of IPL

Virat Kohli, the Royal Challengers Bangalore skipper, is a doubtful starter for the beginning of Indian Premier League season this year after having suffered a shoulder injury in the four-match Test series against Australia that the hosts won 2-1. Kohli, who missed the final Test in Dharamsala due to the injury he suffered on the first day of the third Test in Ranchi said that it will take some time for him to be fully fit.

"It is still a few weeks to go till I can be 100 percent on the field. These things happen in your career, just got to take it in my stride and move forward," he said on conclusion of the Test series on Tuesday (March 28).

Harsha Bhogle set to return to commentary for Indian Premier League 2017

A year after Harsha Bhogle spent away from the commentary box, he is said to return this Indian Premier League season beginning 5th April.

Sony Pictures Networks said the TV presenter might not be seen at the venues but should be available to speak his mind in “IPL Extra Innings”, the pre- and post-match shows accompanying every game.

If Bhogle does feature in the IPL, it will be his comeback after a one-year hiatus after his comments in the box weren’t well received by some members of the Indian cricket team and officials within the BCCI.
