“The iRist smartwatch is an all round device and can be seen as a smartphone on the wrist,” said Keshav Bansal, director, Intex Technologies.

The iRist has a voice assistant that helps send emails, messages, dial numbers, open and close apps as well as a keyboard. Intex has developed a iConnect app that will sync with a smartphone if used without a SIM Card.

The smartwatch has a 600mAh battery with a standby time of up to 200 hours and a talk time of up to 4 hours.

Behind the sturdy and scratch free Sapphire glass of the iRist is a clear 240×240 Resolution display that reproduces 16 million colors. Not only does the IRist comes with a 5 MP camera, the best within wearable devices but also has a Face Detection feature. So now you can capture your memories with a simple flick on your wrist. You can also share the vivid images that the IRist captures with your friends anytime on the go.

The smartwatch will be available exclusively on ebay in early August and will be available in stores later.
