Namibia and Scotland's Super 12 entry will directly inspire many of their country's population to take up Cricket as a career.. Their captain said he was inspired to play cricket after seeing Namibia playing at 2003 Cricket WC in their neighbouring countries...I expect Ireland so sad
ICC promised to expand 2024 T20 WC to 20 teams, I hope they will increase further more so that many countries will have their presence at the world cups which will lead to more globalisation and improvement. I agree one or two editions will suffer with some one-sided matches but in the long run it will be helpful for everyone... Let's take Jersey for example, they were unbeaten at the European qualifying tournament and will come to global qualifying tournament for the next edition.. I'm hopeful that more such teams will emerge and challenge all test playing nations.
Also, Namibia and Scotland are entered into 2022 T20 World Cup as they were qualified to Super 12s.

Group 2 is a Joke , looks like ICC is on high weed selecting groups
Scotland, Afghanistan & Namibia is shocking & Unbelievable in same group.

It's Pakistan, New Zealand is no match under such conditions.
As Sri Lanka & Bangladesh were on 1st & 2nd in different groups, so they would in same group in super 12.
Now, if they were in group 2, it was like NZ + Asia cup.
