It is mentioned that this TV can support Dolby Digital sound. I have connected my Videocon HD set top box using HDMI cable. When I am turning the Dolby Digital sound in any of HD channels (Movies Now or MTunes HD), no sound appears in TV.

But why it is mentioned that it will support Dolby Digital sound? Any idea from any of the techie guys in DDF??

FYI: I connected the set top box's Coaxial out to a Digital Audio Converter which in turn connects to 5.1 audio system. Refer the below thread. I have some query here as well. I will update it in the corresponding thread.

Don't need smart tv just buy a good led or LCD and connect Apple TV now available in india

Thanks! Mine is just an LED TV (not smart)..

Anyway, kindly tell some solution/answer for my question above..

In Samsung led tv the picture bright is enhanced, but in Sony it is Reality bright and real picture.
Samsung is cheap compared to Sony. If u want quality product than cheep product buy a Sony device..
Its my opinion.

For all of your INFO, I ALREADY BOUGHT THE TV - IT IS SONY KLV32EX330.

Now, please... post something to solve my problem with this TV.
