DoT finalising revival proposal, no shutdown: BSNL

At present there is no proposal under consideration with the government for closure of BSNL. DoT recognises and values the inherent strengths of BSNL as a telecom services provider with huge infrastructure and reach, especially in rural areas, the PSU said.

In Panchayat govt office in kerala found employees using JIOFi instead of BSNL BB as it was unstable....

My friend had bsnl connection suddenly line not working so complaint made in 1500.one week gone.no one came to resolve.next complaint made in twitter.2 weeks gone.no one came.next went to bsnl office directly.my friend told he will surrender the connection.That staff said "dont surrender.there is underground cable cut and we have employee shortage.so this delay.it will get resolved in 2 days"
Visited office 2nd time.same response from him
Finally noone came.My friend switched to airtel.so please close this bsnl.

They said same.They want to dig the road for that they need employees
Real reason I am guessing is they got bribe from airtel operator to not work.so that we will quit bsnl and go for private
